The Flow of Registration
Tentative reservation
Go to Website of "Benkei Rental". Click "Search by Condition" and select the bike you want to reserve by choosing air volume displacement, the maker of the bike and seen and so on. After getting to the result page, select specific bike you deserve to register and click the detail button. Confirm the price and agreement/ terms of service, then click the submit button.
Select the date you want to have the rent car/bike and select the type. Input your name, home address, tel no., the store you want to call in, the store you want to return. Also do not forget to input if you wish to have optional equipments(insurance, head bucket etc).
Confirmation of the reservation
We will contact you through either e-mail or phone call. If you got an e-mail from us, please click the URL therein and confirm the fee and the information about you. If we call you for a confirmation, our operator will ask you the question above. Please pay by a credit card if it is the first time to use our service. (Credit caard will be payable on line.) If you pay at the store, please pay cash.
On the day of Rental
To have our brief explanation on how to use our service, please come to our store 10 min. before your reservation time. If you use your own head-bucket, do not forget to take it with you. After the explanation, we will check the scratch on the body together with you.

On Returning.
We will check the scratch and other damages. You will be charged if any extra fee occurred such as fuel, mending needed to keep the car/bike condition as it was, extra fee for exceeding the retuning date/time.
