Q. Does anybody can use this rental service?
A. As long as you are holder of the driver's license appropriate for your intending to rental and over 20years old.
Q. Can I have this rental service just after I've got my driver's license?
A. Yes, it is possible. Either you can select a bike for beginner, if you have got your driver's license within a year.
Q. Can I drive with my international; driver's license?
A. It is possible if you have your passport as well as your international driver's license which is of course active during your rental period. If you intend to adduce your international driver's license, please take the one from one of those affiliate countries of The Geneva Convention.

Q. Can I still use the rental service if I forgot to take my driver's license with me?
A. Sorry we cannot rent you our car/bike on the reserved day. Make sure not to forget your driver's license please.
Q. Is there any specific condition that you cannot let me use your car/bike even though I have the correct category of the driver's license?
A. We will not rend you when you are drunk. Also will not rend you when the supposed person and the person came to pick up the car/bike is different. Further, we will not let you use our service if we find out your arrears (delinquency in payment) record or record of not returning.

Q. Can I make a reservation whenever I want to?
A. Through the website, you can make a reservation from 2 months to 24 hours before your booking time. Also you can make a reservation on the phone or at the store. Just to notice if the reservation is too close to your booking date, then we might not be able to accommodate you with your desired type/model. We advice you to make a reservation with enough time prior.
Q. Can I rent a car/bike without reservation, just dropping into your store?
A. We are available for that only under a condition that we have any car/bike available to rent. We strongly recommend you to make a reservation.
Q.Can I cancel my reservation?
A.Yes, you can. Please call our store you've made your reservation. When you want to cancel your reservation with your matter, according to the time the cancellation has made, the cancel charge might occur. We will not charge you the cancellation is not avoidable according to the weather condition.
Q. Can I make a reservation on exact type/model I want to rend?
A. It is possible. At Benkei-Rental Bike, we accept your specification on the type of the bike. Please remember that we cannot always guarantee you to prepare the specified type/model due to matter of out of use or not available.
Q. What is needed for making a reservation?
A. If you are first-time customer to our service, then you need to make a check with your credit card. Make sure to take one with you.
Q. Can I have long term rental service?
A. We accept long-term rental as well. Shortest 6 hours till up to 30days.
Q. Can I have my rental car/bike at the place other than where the car/bike is?
A. We will move the car/bike to the store where you specified with certain amount of station to station transportation fee. If you pick up the one at where it is the fee will not be charged.
Q. Is it allowed to drop-off the rental car/bike?
A. You can drop-off our rental car/bike at any of Benkei-Rental-Bike group store. You will be charged for the drop-off fee according to the distance from the drop-off shop to the shop the bike belongs to.
Q. What is the station to station transportation fee?
A. enkei-Rental-Bike recommend you to rental at the shop where the bike is available. If you want to have your rental cat/bike at your near shop where there is not the reserved type available, you need to pay extra for the transporting the car/bike from station to station.
Q. Is it possible to reserve the optional?
A. Yes it is. The equipments such as head-bucket and gloves should be reserved before hand. If we didn't get your reservation, we ask you to make do with ones available at the shop.
